When someone clicks your link (e.g. outlineai.dev/?ref=YOURCODE), we set a 90-day cookie on their browser. If they sign up for a trial or paid plan in that window, the conversion is attributed to your code. The cookie is first-party only — we don't share data with third parties.
Anyone who signs up for a Pro ($9/mo) or Agency ($99/mo) plan and completes at least one paid billing cycle. Trial users who don't convert to a paid plan don't pay commission. We track trial-to-paid separately so you can see your full funnel.
Monthly, on the 5th of each month, for the previous month's earnings. Minimum payout is $50. PayPal is the default; wire transfer is available for affiliates earning $500+/month. If your balance is below $50 it rolls over.
Technically yes — but you'd just be paying yourself. We check for self-referral patterns and reserves the right to void commission on suspicious signups. The system works because it's a trusted channel; abusing it breaks the model.
