What we collect

When you use OutlineAI we store: (a) the IP address used to make the request, (b) the topic, audience, tone, and language you submit, (c) the generated outline output, (d) request duration and the model used, and (e) timestamp.

This data is used to: enforce the free-tier rate limit, monitor service health, improve generation quality, and respond to abuse.

What we do NOT collect

We do not require an account to use the free tier. We do not sell your data. We do not set tracking cookies. We do not run third-party advertising pixels.

Retention

Generations and IP-based usage records are kept for 90 days, then deleted. Aggregated, anonymized counts (e.g. "47,000 outlines generated last month") may be kept indefinitely.

Payments

Payments are processed by Gumroad. We never see or store your card number. Gumroad's privacy policy applies to data they collect: gumroad.com/privacy.
